CBs are liable for the certificates they grant. The ViaSyst audit reporting platform includes a certificate editing module which is linked with a public list. This public list is a search engine, with filters and searches, branded according to your CB corporate identity.
Global certification needs to manage multiple languages. Out of a basic structure in English, the ViaSyst platform is designed to integrate and open any additional language, up to the CB’s needs. In any case, all auditors and clients can edit reports and CAPA in their own language, and ViaSyst implements the frame settings provided by the CB, in any language. |

All client’s data being available centralized on the database, the assignment or transfer of auditors is a simple click. The new auditor automatically gets access to the entire client’s folders & history.
Some data (determined by the CB) may be taken over from the previous audit to the next one. This saves time to the auditor for the audit preparation. On the top of that, the platform will automatically generate the applicable check-list, also for combined audits. . |
A wide set of customizable notifications allows to inform a specified group of actors (e.g. auditor, certified organization’s contact, CB Admin) about nearing deadlines or completed actions (e.g. corrective action plan entered by the organization for validation by the auditor).
All mandatory fields shall be entered. A report cannot be validated if mandatory fields are empty. Empty fields are then listed, for the auditor to complete. This allows you as a CB to control the report consistency, throughout all locations and auditors. |
Validated audit reports are shared with the certified organisations directly on the platform. You just have to send them login codes. No report printing, no post mail, immediate availability. The furthermore, the logged in modus allows the certified organisation to edit the CAPA and the NC Manager – which sends notifications to the auditor for validation.
Scheme owners mostly have their own database, with specific data entering formats. ViaSyst develops webservice interfaces to scheme owners portals, extracting or importing the data in the correct format, in order to avoid you fastidious duplications. |
All your CB data are analysed by a browsable dashboard which allows you to survey your performance and to benchmark within countries and auditors.
