The dematerialised ViaSyst non-conformity manager allows the client (auditee) to edit and enter himself directly the corrective action following a non conformity.

The auditor or certification body can:

• survey and monitor online the non-conformity completion
• warn clients prior expiration of the imparted timescale
• withdraw certificates in case of non completion
• draw the history of a client

The group, scheme owner or authority can:

• survey and monitor online the non-conformity completion
• monitor auditors or certification bodies
• draw the history of a certified company
