Context

simplification & efficiency
- In parallel, the actors of these systems (quality managers, process owners, auditors) are getting more professional
- The training needs are moving: instead of basic principles, time is
now to best practices allowing to improve one’s system in a targeted way
Objectives
The objectives of the course are to
- Improve control on ISO 9001 elements that generally generate most difficulties: e.g

competences, satisfaction monitoring, internal audits, …
- Bring, thanks case studies and standard answers, simple, efficient and
directly transposable concept, models and tools
- Improve the management system return on investment and the confidence and
expectation level placed in it
- Engage the turn towards best practices

- Browse systematically all requirements of the standard
